Are you a qualified Orthopaedic Ward Nurse?

Synaptik can offer exciting opportunities to work and are looking for qualified Orthopaedic Ward Nurses.
You would be required to provide post-operative nursing care to patients as part of an experienced Synaptik team, working in partnership with hospitals.
Are you motivated, able to work in new settings with different teams and able to provide a range of the following skills:
- Registered Nurse with minimum of 2 years post registration experience
- Exceptional record keeping and communication skills
Significant experience of working within orthopaedics, delivering pre and post operative care - Ability to competently perform extended clinical skills such as venipuncture, cannulation, 12 Lead ECG, IV medication competencies
- In depth knowledge and skilled in a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise holistic patient care, with experience of patient therapies and education
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently and as part of the multi-professional team, ensuring that high standards of patient care are maintained
