Who are PHL Synaptik?

Operating since 2012, PHL Synaptik has been providing medical insourcing to Health Boards across Scotland and into England to resolve short, medium and long term capacity challenges by supplying consultants , nursing teams and Allied Healthcare Professionals for various specialities to reduce waiting times.

What do we do?

We provide expert teams delivering high standards of care across a broad range of specialities including Endoscopy, General Surgery, Ophthalmology and Orthopaedics and many more.

How does The Onboarding Process work?

We have created a straightforward process;

Simply fill in a form and specify which project you are interested in discussing.

A member of our specialist Onboarding team will then contact you for an initial meeting to discuss your experience and what projects we have available matching your skills.

From that point PHL Synaptik will collate all the relevant documents in order to set up an interview for you with our Clinical Team.
